Emily Tate

Emily is a native Atlantan and obtained a bachelor’s degree in housing, interior design and resource management from Virginia Tech. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, she served as a relationship manager for the successful custom home building business she owns with her husband, Steve, Tate Builders & Associates. In this position, she worked with homeowners, investors and architects alike. Her commitment to over-delivering on client and partner expectations, as well as her expertise in quality construction and craftsmanship, make her distinctively qualified to be your real estate partner and consultant.
